Pradasphere II
Pradasphere II, a traveling public exhibition tracing the history and culture of Prada from its origins in 1913 to the present day, opened at the Start Museum in Shanghai, China in December 2023. Drawing on the typology of the magazzino, the exhibition design evokes a contemporary warehouse filled with content and stories with more than 400 artifacts on display as well as decades-long engagements across art, architecture, culture, and sport.
Diverse elements reveal the themes and ideas core to Prada: some explore deep craftsmanship and innovation, others reveal the manifold aesthetic contradictions at the heart of the brand, while others explore Miuccia Prada and Raf Simons’ ongoing quest to challenge traditional notions of luxury. Sharing new perspectives on 110 years of history, the exhibition grants unparalleled, firsthand access into Prada’s past, present, and future.

30 Blizzards
During Art Basel Paris, Miu Miu presented 30 Blizzards, a major work conceived by artist Helen Marten in close collaboration with theatre and opera director Fabio Cherstich, with sound and music by Beatrice Dillon and animation by Adam Sinclair. We developed the visual identity, print publications, OOH advertising, motion, and environmental signage for Marten's first expansion into performance.
The exhibition identity became a form of storytelling in itself, capturing the narrative, performance-driven nature of Marten's work. The visual language drew from literary design conventions, employing classical serif typography with a subtle twist. The exhibition guide served as the primary expression of this approach, providing immediate spatial orientation upon opening while unfolding into a comprehensive libretto with all 30 characters and the full synopsis.

ARCA
ARCA is a scalable housing construction system conceived for Los Angeles with global scalability potential. Leveraging recent policy shifts like SB9 and SB1123, the system transforms low-density residential parcels into viable small-scale multi-family developments while maintaining neighborhood character through gentle densification.
The innovation centers on structural curves and flat-pack transport: components ship flat to reduce logistics costs and emissions, then assemble on-site into curved forms that enhance structural integrity while reducing material use. Using CLT timber panels and modular design, ARCA adapts to diverse lot configurations while integrating LA's historical patio typologies. Operating as developer, ARCA maintains quality control and contextual sensitivity through full oversight from permitting to completion. The proposal won Harvard’s Plimpton Poorvoo Prize and has developed into a real venture led by Andres Lira Vigneaux and team.

HONMI POP-UP
HONMI transforms vacant storefronts into curated retail experiences for emerging designers, revitalizing neglected urban spaces through architectural interventions and strategic partnerships with property owners. The model activates underutilized retail as temporary platforms for local talent, converting liabilities into community assets with minimal capital investment.
Classifieds, HONMI's Boston pilot at 1036 Cambridge Street, demonstrated proof of concept: a former office space redesigned as retail within 14 days. Collaborating with New York designer Veronik and artist platform Bungee Space, the pop-up featured curated fashion, home goods, and rare books. The activation attracted 700+ visitors over three weeks, and the attention from Boston Art Review and City of Boston representatives.
The business model has been replicated in New York with expansion planned for other markets. Initial support provided by MIT Sandbox Innovation Fund.
